1.16 What is an acceptable frame rate for scenery design?

WHAT IS AN ACCEPTABLE FRAME RATE FOR SCENERY DESIGN? 

A:

I am a real pilot. I see the world in 30 fps. I find anything less than 12 fps ludicrous for the true feeling of flight. In FS98 default sceneries I get around 12 - 25 fps most areas...and that's great. My hat's (if I had a hat) off to MS for making default scenery that's detailed but not overly so! After all, I want to "fly" and not look at pictures.
