1.21 I can't get the Toronto VOR to work in FS98!

THE TORONTO VOR (113.30) WORKED FINE IN FSFW95, HOWEVER I CAN'T GET IT ON FS98.

It's 112.15 in FS98. I don't know which is "as real as it gets".

It is 112.15 (YYZ) at Pearsons' 6R and also 112.60 (YTP) at 6L in the real world. These are both in FS98 although only YYZ is in the AFD. Neither exist in FSFW95. There is a 113.30 VOR in FSFW95. I'm assuming that there was a real world change between the two versions.
