1.30 I did not do a full install of FS98 scenery. How do I install more now?

Q:
I DID NOT INSTALL ALL THE SCENERY AREAS WHEN I INSTALLED FS98. HOW DO I INSTALL MORE NOW?
A:
They're found in the Boosters folder on the CD. Find the folder you want on the CD and highlight it. Right click on it and select Copy from the menu. (This will copy the selected folder and the included Scenery and Texture folders).
Now find the Scenery folder on your HD under the Flight Simulator folder. Right click on it and select Paste from the menu. This will put the desired folder(s) on your HD.
Now run FS98 and go into the World-Scenery Library menu. Click O.K. when warned that you may not be able to handle this stuff. Click Files and find the "Local HD-US whatever" that you have installed. Highlight it and Edit it. Don't change anything, but Highlight the path at the top of the screen. Press Ctrl-c to copy it and cancel the edit. Now press Add and locate the cursor in the path block. Press Ctrl-v to paste the path previously copied here. Edit it to change the folder name to the one that you added in Explorer. If you were paying attention when you edited the existing scenery, you can now enter the description of the file to be like the other. This file will be "regional". Now activate it and change the Layer to position it with the other regional entries. Now close out that window. Now, back out to where the Performance button appears. Press it and a window of booster files will appear. Find the one you just copied to the HD and delete it. That's it.
