10.6 Help with the Advance ALS100 sound card and the SW 3d Pro Joystick!

DOES ANYONE HAVE AN ADVANCE ALS100 SOUND CARD AND A SW 3D PRO JOYSTICK? WHEN I INSTALL VER 1.5 OF THE SW SOFTWARE, IT TELLS ME THAT I DON'T HAVE A MS JOYSTICK INSTALLED.

Check the readme file that comes with the Sidewinder and note the I/O port address recommendations. I seem to remember having a similar problem initially.
