10.9 Why does the throttle on the Cessna jump up and down by itself?

HAS ANYONE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE THROTTLE ON THE CESSNA WHERE IT WILL JUMP UP AND DOWN BY ITSELF AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO MOUSE OR F-KEYS? 

A:

Try a reset with throttle off/ F1 . If that doesn't work recalibrate the joystick/throttle.
