11.16 Nothing under the World menu is working.

NOTHING UNDER THE WORLD MENU (GO TO, WEATHER AREAS ETC.) IS WORKING. I'VE REINSTALLED FS98 3 TIMES!

Go to the Options-Preferences menu and click on "Use Advanced Weather Dialog". Now the World-Weather menu will show a lot of options. I don't know where people get the idea that "reinstalling" is the answer to anything. If the installation program tells you that it has been successful, take it's word for it. If the addition of new hardware or drivers is involved, reinstallation may be an option, but otherwise, just read the Help files or the FAQ section here or ask a question.
