2.14 I keep getting the error message "can't display visual model".

I KEEP GETTING THE ERROR MESSAGE "CAN'T DISPLAY VISUAL MODEL". 

A:

You need to download and install the FS98 converter even if conversion is not needed. The converter installation adds files and drivers that are needed for all add-on airplanes.

You need a file called msvcrtd.dll to be placed in C:\Windows\System available here in MSVC5.zip. This file does not get installed by the Convertor.
