ANY MORE TIPS ON MAKING DOWNLOADED PANELS WORK WITH FS98?

This weekend I discovered why none of the dozen fs98-panels I downloaded didn't work. I used Winzip version 5.6 that can only use the old DOS files with 8plus3 format. So I decompressed the *.bmp - files and Winzip 5.6 cut off the endings of some *.bmp files. For example: b742.upper was cut to b742.upp. So every time I started fs98 and selected a plane with a new panel fs98 crashed. After renaming the *.bmp -files to the right name all panels work fine ! This maybe the solution for some of you with the same problem. Greetings from Germany !

An even better solution is to download a 32-bit unzip program and deep-six the 16-bit DOS program.
