5.21 Can any give some hints on moving up from the Cessna to the Lear?

AS A CONTROLLER I HAVE EXPERIENCE IN READING APPROACHES BUT NOT TOO MUCH IN FLYING THEM. I'VE IMPROVED IN THIS DEPARTMENT WITH THE CESSNA BUT I CAN'T STAY AHEAD OF THE LEAR AS MUCH AS I NEED TO. I'M GOING TO DOWNLOAD THE EMB120 IN A FEW MINUTES AND SEE IF IT'S MORE MY SPEED.

Given your stated goal, try Bonanza, Mooney, Baron, Aztec, etc. to start then move up when your proficiency improves. A lot of the difference will simply be due to the higher approach speeds and increased weight/inertia of the larger aircraft (at least on the sim).
