7.8 How do I make my Monster video card work with FS98?

I HAVE A MONSTER VIDEO CARD AND I CAN'T GET IT TO WORK IN FS98. I GET THE SAME EFFECTS IN 3D AS IN 2D AND THE FRAME RATE DOESN'T CHANGE.

Try to reinstall DirectX5 and when it doesn't recognize your Monster Card, say NO on installing new driver. When you start FS98 and go into Hardware Acceleration, make sure the last card (3DFX) is selected and everything is checked but 8 bit mode. Hit OK until you get back to the cockpit and hit Alt+Enter to go in full screen mode. The Monster only works in full screen mode. Not sure about EF2000 but it may be an incompatibility with the Monster. Hopes this helps.
