WHAT'S TECHNET? 

A:

TechNet is a yearly Microsoft Subscription of monthly supplied CDRoms that include Microsoft KnowledgeBase, Resource Kits, technical white papers, updated drivers, software patches and service packs for desktop and system products. We subscribe to it because we are using MS Backoffice products such as NT 4.0, SQL server, Exchange server and the like. Currently there are twelve CDRoms in the set.
