WHAT IS THE BOOK "STICK & RUDDER" ABOUT AND WHERE CAN I PURCHASE IT?

For those who really want to understand the mechanics of flying from a pilot's perspective, the book Stick and Rudder by Wolfgang Langewiesche is the definitive reference. I always very strongly recommend it to my students, also. Although written in 1944, and although the ground portions tend to focus on tailwheels (since they were the most common then), I've never heard of a book that surpasses the insight shown by this engineer.
