9.5 How does one set the scenery complexity permanently?

HOW DOES ONE ESTABLISH "PERMANENTLY" VERY DENSE UNDER SCENERY COMPLEXITY? I MUST ALSO MANUALLY CHANGE SETTING.

Set it up, along with any other preferences and save the flight. Make it your startup flight and those conditions will be established each time you boot up.
