AI traffic and ATC - FS2004

- Is there a setting where I can "adjust" the volume of traffic at the airport or in the air? For example: it's a 5PM rush hour at LAX and there are 10 in line waiting?
- Why do my addon AI planes sometimes appear without wheels in FS2004?
- How can I create my own AI traffic?
- My ATC sound is too faint when my engine sounds are OK, to hear the voice on my ATC I have to turn my engine sounds too far up. My option sliders are all the way up for sound. How can I fix this?
