Approach plate

Approach plate is a term pilots often use to refer to a published approach procedure. Whether it's a NOAA chart or a Jeppesen chart, it's usually a single sheet of paper with the approach visually depicted, along with numerous notes, tables, etc. providing essential information for the approach.
