How can I add ATIS/ASOS Freq. to smaller airports in FS2000?

Download the easynavs.zip by Herve Sors. It is available here itself in the search files section of this site. Here is the extract from his readme file.

EASYNAVS is a Windows utility, that can:

1. Extracts Navaids (VOR, ILS, NDB and markers), ATIS records and Airports data from a BGL-format scenery file and writes them into a "standardized" text file which can easily by read and edit by any text editor (.NAV extension for Navaids, .ATS extension for ATIS and .APT extension for airports).
2. Creates a stand alone Navaids, Atis or Airport BGL file from the corresponding text file3) Removes selected sections from a BGL file
3. Merge BGL sections from 2 files to create a new single BGL file
4. Look at existing BGL sections in any file
5. Edit and modify Runway data which are incorporated in BGL files
6. Build stand-alone Runway BGL files8) Create exclude BGL files
