Joysticks, yokes etc. - FS2004

- I fly FS2004 with a yoke and Il2 with a joystick and keep getting spurious control inputs. How can I fix this?
- Why does my aircraft have permanent control inputs pushing my aircraft to the left or right even when the stick calibration in the control panel had been done?
- I can not get my Sidewinder II to work with FS2004. My operating system is Windows XP - what can I do?
- How do I steer the twins (particularly the Vimy) on the ground?
- How can I get dual throttle control without going to the expense of buying a separate throttle unit?
- My Force Feedback Pro joystick doesn't work with FS2004 and Windows XP. Is there a work around?
- Can I use two controllers together to fly planes? I am thinking of using a joystick and pedals.
- Can I install a joystick and a yoke at the same time? I like to fly some planes with a joystic and others with a yoke.
- Where is the 'Use mouse as yoke' option we used to have in FS2000 and before?
