The VSI doesn't work in the default LearJet and Boeing 777!

Since installing FS2k I have found that the VSI in the default Lear and 777
panels doesn't work. If I configure another addon aircraft to use one of these
two panels the problem still exists.
So the problem appears to be in the gauge or panel, not the aircraft model.
Does anyone know ths answer to this problem?
Maybe I have missed something really obvious.

You'll have to change to "US System" in the Options-Settings-International menu. It seems to be a bug.
