I don't think the mouse cursor movement on the throttle is correct on my unit. I sent it in for repair but they said it was correct. I think should move like I list below and I got this from a guy who said this was how his X52 worked.
Can some of you compare your's to what I list below and post a reply. I would really appreciate it. mouse cursor movement on the X52 Pro Throttle is dead center - 1/2 throttle. Toward celing = left Away from you = up Toward the floor = right Toward you = down |

Looking at controller properties with throttle centered:
Up = Up Down = Down Back (towards you) = Left Forward (away from you) = Right |

Noell,
Don't you find it awkward to use? If I move my thumb left thats the way I want the cusor to move! It seems they changed the axis from the regular X52. |

I don't use my X52 (non-Pro version) anymore. It was such a lemon I gave up on it long ago. Today, I simply plugged it into another system to refresh my memory on how the mouse control worked so I could answer your question.
As for using the mouse control, yes, when I was using my X52 I found it so awkward to use that I just didn't bother using it. Not only that, I found that the mouse pointer would occasionally start wandering all over the place without even touching it. The "wandering mouse pointer" problem turned out to be something to do with the X52 because when I disabled the X52's mouse function the problem went away. |

I'm using CH Products Pro pedals and the Saitek ProFlight yoke and throttles.
I'm not very pleased with my Saitek yoke (I should have learned a lesson from my bad experience the X52) and will likely switch to the CH Products Eclipse yoke in the not too distant future. |
