Unfortunately lefu what loki says is spot on accurate. Your computer CPU technology is from 2004 or so while the video card is for business and media applications with limited 3D game performance potential.

Tweaking your sliders, setting up nHancer, defragging your hard drive etc. will help somewhat with your FSX performance but don't expect any great gains in FSX frames per second. If you gain 2-5 FPS from doing all that then you are at the limits of what your system can do as far as FSX performance is concerned. This thread and its suggested settings may help with your setup but keep in mind that the authors computer is somewhat more advanced than yours so your results will vary.

The best advice I can give is back off on the sliders, lower the AI traffic or eliminate it, lower the cloud draw distance and make sure all un-needed background processes on your system are not active or running while you are using FSX.

... or
Use FS9
... or
Buy a new system, preferably one you build or have built so you can overclock it and get the most FSX performance you can out of the new components.

"BUY A NEW SYSTEM" the best choice, like i said before i can run it well on
medium low settings and i can go up to 50 fps easelly and using 2D clouds
but i allways use "no clouds weather " it helps..
I have also put another 1.0 Go RAM it helped a lot too.

THANKS FOR THE INFO PAXX !!
