Apparently Jens-Chris is under pressure to come up with a simpler model to meet the demand here on train-sim.com. Here's a preview of the beta:

BTW, I'm NOT at beta version yet.
If you would say, that that's beta testing, what I do, then there will be gamma and delta testings. :D

*LOL* So you're on the Imperial side, Jens! :D Else you would probably have called the test stages "Red", "Blue", Gold" and so on ;-) ...

Now serious, I hope you're making good progress with your newest masterpiece, and that some of the steam experts here could be of help to you! The BB is definitely a project worthy of proper caretaking by the best people (which includes YOU, of course!!!).

Wasn't there somebody on this board who had something like "Kuat Rail Yards" in his signature...? And then there's also a guy going by the nickname of "easagrippa" (Babylon 5)...you see, I'm not the first one! :D

(Just realized that "First One" is yet another pun...any more sci-fi viewers reading this? ;-) )

i've seen that guy around (Kuat Rail Yards guy) and i asked him and he said it wasn't ment to resemble star wars, but maybe he's just a closet Star Wars fan :) well i'm not i'm proud of my star wars knowledge, that has slowly slipped away,

This line of thought deserves some extension...wouldn't you think that the newer Shinkansen versions could have been designed by the Mon Calamari??? I really think there is SOME resemblance to the Calamari cruisers, especially around the nose/bow... :D

I needed something simple...took me 2ish hrs to freehand it properly......plus it was a lot easier than an AT-AT would have been.....
