I sent that stuff to Chris a couple weeks back. Was even able to get the rpm for each throttle setting..We still had that data around here at work..(those are real CP 424 specs..)

Not a C424 but a C420 will be released by NALW.

There is a "joint venture" with ConCaddy, who well make the skinning of Lehigh Valley (eventually "Arkansas & Missouri" too).

I have done a simple "Delaware & Hudson" skin only for fun.

Here are some pictures.

with the template skin made for repainters.

unfinished "D & H" skinning ...

as experiment I used a 1024 x 1024 bitmap for the sides. I think I got very sharp letters ...

Nice work guys, looking forward to both the C424 as well as the C420.

BCDEF, what are you doing. You can't like this, its both a diesel and not UP.

I know I shouldn't do this, but just how many "Alco-holics" are there besides myself and a few others that I see "Drooling"!!!

I have no good picture to see the shape of the C420 front view, so don't know the big tanks position underneath the loco.

This is the position I choosed ...

Would this position fit the reality better ?

He meant does the gas tank strech from one side of the engine to the other....and it does.

Here's a pic to show you how the prototype's gas tank was shaped, and the placement:
