Where can I find locomotive specs in order to make them in gmax????? thanks in advance.

I get me specs from my railway fans association... they have such documents in theyre library...

other stuff I go (in)directly to my national railway company... I know a few people so... and they even have a few specs in their home page

Try and do the same :) or ask the engenieers...
It's a question of having the 'guts' :) really... I talk from experiece...

Yes I agree, ask he driver. Yes I would agree, that it is all about having the guts to do it.
One time, there was a freight parked right beside the platform, and I was "inspecting" the locos, and I noticed, that the marker lights were on on the second loco, I was going to tell the driver, but not the guts to do so, I later noticed the same train about 15 km down the line, and the still had its marker lights on!
