Converting textures

Hi all. Im wondering now, if thers only two sample files to repaint, then how does there come out to be 3 ace files? Do they get split up? Please clearify this with me.

One of the .ace files apparently is not part of the bitmap...notice how small it is.

Nels is it possible with the container trains to have
the top and sides not mirror each other? I work for
a major ocean carrier and would love to make my
container trains say APL on them.
