Repaint befault freight cars.....

I'm using Paint Shop Pro to try to load up some of the sample files of freight...trying to do some repaints and was wondering how to "quickly" change, let's say, the green color for the BN boxcar to black. I was highlighting box by box and filling it wiht black...this obviously takes a ton of time and isn't that exact....any thoughts from the experts?? I'm trying to educate myself in repaints & skinning...

Use the eye-dropper tool ?

How about using the color saturation control...turn it all the way down and it will turn anything into black, white and shades of gray.
