Description: Part of Norfolk Southern's Virginia Division, the East River District takes up 60 miles of trackage from Walton VA. to Bluefield WV. Also included are parts of the Princeton-Deepwater and Whitethorne lines. The line host a verity of traffic, most prominent being coal. By Austin Yoder
