Error Message: Empire Builder West- 1955 Ver. A

Each time I try to load and run this activity MSTS gives an error report. When trying to check it in MSTS Activity Editor, it gives the following error> "Failed loading Activity header."
I installed the activity in MODIFIED MARIAS 3.0 B and I changed the Route ID in the activity to read the above but I still get the above message.

How can I get it to run in this route?

If I recall correctly, this activity uses lots of non-default locomotives and cars and even worse requires you to rename the folders in which the original author intended the locomotive and car to be installed. I tried to reproduce what the author instructed but finally gave up.

Do not try to do it the designer's way, unzip and then edit the consists in owrdpad or with Conbuilder. If you do it the designers way, if you need them for another activity, it will not be able to find them.

I am just now editing the Consists using Conbuilder and Wordpad. Still getting errors, but I will fix them all eventually. There were a lot services for this activity.
