Please may I repeat an unanswered question I posted recently on the UK Trainsim Forum.
Does anyone recognise the following error:
"Error performing world visible service update for service GreenDMU, path name Southbound Fast"
I have a fairly long, end-to-end layout with about 40 passing services, built up from about 18 different consists. The Green DMU passes four times, and when the activity loads, the error message comes up each of the four times with the "Continue <Y> or <N>" and then the simulator hangs. The only way out is a CTL-ALT-DEL.
I'm sure the problem is nothing to do with the green DMU in particular because the activity runs quite happily in the preview mode, and the Green DMU itself runs quite happily in Explore Route mode.
I've re-checked the timetable several times for failure to place starting point errors, and the Verify Starting State does not indicate any problems.
