2 Way Street

I'm very pleased to be posting this activity. It's been the most difficult and perhaps the most rewarding for me.
It's a long one to start with, about 5 hours. It covers almost 150 miles of the NEC. I know. The NEC represented here is only 130 miles or so. But your traveling in both directions.
I figured out a way to use the front coupler so you can work freight in both directions on the route. WITHOUT the flawed coupler patch. It still has it's limitations. Once you uncouple the loco, you can't recouple it. But in several ways it's more challenging with the limitations.
I've also done it for both the default version 1 of MSTS Northeast Corridor and Bill Knowles version 2.
And of course in the custom NECX loco version and in the default equipment version as well.

Speaking of Bill Knowles route, NECTrackTeam's Vince Cockeram has just started an upgrade of Bill's version incorporating Bill's newest work plus a version done by Andy Pratt. Vinny's using some killer track diagrams he found on the web plus Northeast Corridor videos that NECTrackTeam acquired. It's going to be a quality upgrade.

You can download it now at the NEC Freight Lines site,

and I'll be posting it here at Train-sim tonight.
My thanks to my partner, Vinny and to Sixman for his special help during betatesting.
Regards,
Denny
