1st I would like to apologise for posting my message twice in "NALW SW1200 Cab upload". The 1st one never appeared so the 2nd one got written. The 1st one appeared on the 2nd day, to late to cancel :-)
As you are aware, I'm trying to alter the Default GP38 Cabview. Everything is going smoothly however, a request for some Cabsignals has been made. I quote " Simular to what NALW use in their cabs " As you have developed these already, may I please have the Honour in using it on this Cab? If OK, I need some info on getting it to work. ( Sam, may I E-mail you in this regard? )
Thanking you, Johan

Don't worry about that, Johan. I have done the same a couple of times. The messages seem to disappear but they turn up the next day.

NALW has no objections to you using any of the cab signals that we have released provided the use is for freeware only. You must also acknowledge NALW as the creator of the cab signals in your read-me file. The usual stuff. Please let me know which signal set you wish to use as I have made several.

Hi Sam and Chuck, I thank you for the reply and would like to mention that I only do "Freeware" stuff. I'm no where near as good to produce "Commercial stuff" ;-) I definately will put NALW's, as well as anybody that help's, credits in the Readme file.
Sam you got mail.
Thanks again, Johan.

I too have an interest in cab signals for the 38 cab. Below is a modified cab I made for my own use. I wanted this to solve the problem of not being able to see distant signals. I posted these same experimental cab signals with my CSX Sd70MAC Train Artisan/John Peterson Repaint. It had these signals included on the CRT type display. I asked for feedback in the readme file, but have recieved none to date. I also wanted to have a digital display below the signals showing the upcoming speedlimit. After consulting with some of the resident signal gurus, we were unable to come up with a way to do it although it comes up in the track monitor display. I was only able to get the engines current speed and the speedlimit for a passenger loco. I'm not giving up yet though.
