sound regions

I am working on my route and would like to add the under the bridge, wood bridge, etc. area sounds. I place the thing on the track but I can't quite figure out how to limit the sound to just the one spot. Everything beyond the spot has that sound.

you need to contain the sound by turning it on and off again in both directions by starting the default again.

On the subject of resuming the default sound after a bridge etc, how do you rotate the markers to define the region in both directions?
