This also shows the issue I asked about in the loco forum. Looking through the loco you don't see the tent, though you do see the ground behind it. You can also see tracks and roads through the loco.

What material are you choosing for your cab structure? I use Trans Norm and am able to see all scenery thru the windows.

Hi Frank,
I was in exactly the same situation with the 60 series car. I found that I had to select transnorm for both inner and outer surfaces. I lost the ability to tint the windows, but I can now see the scenery on the other side.

It appears there is no solution to my dilemma. I suspect I will have to decide between tinted windows and seeing the scenery. Oh well, more arcane knowledge using up the few brain cells I have left.
