A man in Brooklyn bought an 1897 trolley as well as some PCCs. Due to deterioration of the piers, one of his cars almost fell into New York Harbor! His cars are right now in blue plastic wrap as he tries to solve his problems with the City.

Hopefully, he is allowed to fix this up, so he can run a trolley loop through the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn, bringing back the trolley that left in 1957 with the Dodgers.
