Need McGuire-Cummins Snow Sweeper Plans - - - Help!

I wish to build one of these for Train Sim, but don't have any plans. Is there someone out there who has plans that would be willing to share them? I, and I'm sure all trolley nuts, would really appreciate it. Here's a couple pix to show what I'm going on about:
