Took a trip to the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum today. Had a good time, rode a trolley.
I got a free (quite cheap) digital camera for signing up for DSL recently and took it along. A bit disappointed with the quality of the pictures. Anyway put some up on the web, if you care to take a look go to http://members.bellatlantic.net/~vze3wvd4/patm/index.htm
Tried to get some pictures of the controls of a PCC car, but they were all inside and my cheap camera has no flash, and those didn't work out. Was dissapointed too because I would have liked to ride in one of those. Rode them a lot when growing up. They're not running them currently because they're rebuilding some track and they don't have a loop on one end of their line.
Anyway, it's a nice couple hours, if you're ever in southwest PA you should really try to stop by there. It's in Washington PA.
