One clearification. It says "Share your train-sim images with others" so Trainz is OK too, right?

I try and keep mine to under 70kb actually (quicker upload on a 56k dialup).

I don't care if my screenshots get deleted after being up for a month or so, just as long as the ones which have "DO NOT DELETE" do not get deleted. :)

Another idea (which I will use extensively) is to get some web space of your own (either purchasing, or find a free web service that lets you link to images, or often some web space comes with your internet account) to hold your images. Then you can control how long they stay up before getting deleted, you're not contributing to train-sim.com server stress, they can be any size you want to make them (ie above 100k), etc.

Just another option. I like the idea of this screenshot forum. I just hope all of the pictures don't turn out to be disruptive in terms of bandwidth.

Curious, why 700 x 525? I generally use either 800x600 or 850x600 for wide views, seems to fit on the screen OK.

Had to resize that to 800x600, obviously, my desktop is at 1024x768, and a 1024x768 Image within an image would spread out too wide cuz of the Netscape borders. I'm gonna have fun with this, I keep a text file with the "hppt\\trainsimdcforum\gobbledygook.jpg" links, so I can repost the same picture without uploading it again. Here's one of my faves;
