For all interested in multiplayer sessions on the CSX M&M Sub, we're trying something a little different. We're using Yahoo Groups to keep track of all current players as well as to have an up-to-the-minute seniority roster. We feel like this is the best way to go about keeping everything fair while still giving everyone a chance to play.
Breaks down like this:
Visit http://groups.yahoo.com/group/csx_mm/ and have a look around.
If it looks like something interesting to you, join the group. This is how we get emails around rather than having to fish for everyone on the TS.com forum. We'll be using this forum to post our sessions, so we're still very much involved with TS.com. If you'd just like to play and not get involved in the seniority roster that'd be fine, but be advised that those who are involved get first dibs on trains. We feel like the dedicated folks who have shown up and run trains consistently should be rewarded. If we start getting lots of members on the roster, obviously we'll have folks "tied" in seniority. In that case, we'll either go with a gentleman's agreement or (if that fails) first come, first served. When taken all together, this should be the most fair and most FUN way to run.
If you do join the seniority roster, please drop me or Lee an email so we can update the database. Also, once anyone completes a run we need to know for the same purpose.
Questions will be answered in this thread....I hope I've made this all clear, but lord knows I can be dense sometimes!
