How do we use comunications?

How do I listen in a talk to people? I know there is some kind of
program that you have to buy but is there a free version of it any
where? I do have a microphone so thats no problem.

There are quite a few voice servers out there. The best I have heard and used is Ventrilo.

It costs money, but for our online =*=BIA=*= clan it is worth every penny

NOW !!

For Train-Sim the majority seem to be using Team Speak. There is a version of it in the File Library but I am not sure how current that is.

I downloaded teamspeaker from train-sim but I can`t figure it out.

What are the steps to get it to work. The help system is almost
no help to me.
