That's a hi-rail, not an MOW train. I'd prefer you take one of the assigned trains.
Thanks,

M71 west
My internet connection has been intermittent, and has gone down three times in teh past two hours (RoadRunner) They're supposedly sending a tech out, but I don't want to take a chance on clogging ya'll up, so unless he's here before 8:45 I won't be in.

I know folks are eager for the M&M L&N Retro session, but before we conduct the retro session, I want to get the L&N/SBD/CSX employee timetables I have found and ordered. Perhaps I am too much of a stickler, but I would like to have the ett's in hand before we do the session. They should be here by the end of this week or the beginning of the next.
In the meantime, I would like to announce a session on Rich Garber's Ohio River Route, available in the file library at http://www.avsim.com. See previous post at http://forums.flightsim.com/dcforum/DCForumID23/74.html
Scenario: It's 1988, and the Ohio River & Western and West Virginia & Ohio have been absorbed by CSXT. One still sees some equipment in both predecessors' liveries, but there's a lot of CSX, NS, and the occasional foreign equipment seen. In addition, PO50 and PO51, the eastbound and westbound Amtrak Cardinal, have been routed through Marietta, Cambridge, and Zanesville, with stops in Marietta and Cambridge. (See the attached path files to put in ?:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Train Simulator\ROUTES\Bodiddly RR\Paths).
We will be using the OR&W side primarily tonight but will use the WV&O side between Cambridge and Zanesville. We will allow only ten trains and one hi-rail in the session tonight, since it is a training run for us. Please limit your choices to the list below. First come first served. Call dibs by posting in this thread. Below are the trains to choose from with starting and ending points. The time shown is when I’d like to have your train enter or start. Our clock for the session will be set to begin at 9:30 am, spring, and sunny. When entering teamspeak, please use the train identification followed by your lead unit as your nickname. Ex: PO51-AMTK 147

2. Call signals as much as possible but do not walk on another person’s transmission.
3. Call signal using this format: “CSX U251-CSXT 8315, clear signal milepost 18.9, out.” Call the milepost like this, “eighteen dot nine.” You do not need to call the dispatcher or address the dispatcher when calling signals.
4. We will try using track warrant authority for movements. Open and print multiple copies of the attached form.
5. Do not engage in non-prototypical chitchat on any of the official channels once the session begins.
