Can someone tell me , just how does MSTS work with Teamspeak to get mult-player session going .
Does the dispatcher has real control??
Does MSTS have mult-player option ??

I have yet to participate in a MP session. This is how I know it.
Dispatcher does not have "real" control. He uses Teamspeak to communicate with each player.
MSTS does not have multiplayer option. Every player runs the same ROUTE in explore mode. The dispatcher tells each player when to go and stop, which siding to take, etc. In return, you tell the dispatcher where you are on the route using milepost markers and siding names. You as a player will not see the other trains on your monitor. There is no traffic since this takes place in explore mode.
Fire up Teamspeak, use quick connect with the server address the host gives you and make sure voice activation is turned off in Teamspeak. You must have a microphone to comminicate in Teamspeak.
Fire up MSTS, choose the correct route, explore mode, then pick the train and starting point you signed up with. Then wait for game on and then the dispatcher will give you clearance to move.
That is the basics. Or at least that is how I understand it. I will be in the Cajon Pass MP on the 6th. Looking forward to it.

that is pretty much how it works the dispacher and the other trains using radio communication adds realism so you actually feel like youre doing something other than running alone.
