Problems with East River in Sim

For some reason East River causes my MSTS installation to phone home on TWO different machines.

Have any of you guys had similar difficulties with installing this route?

I'm running Xtracks 3.10, YTracks, and Global Tsection 0023....

The problem has mysteriouisly disappeared! (This is after a wipe of my laptop's hard drive and complete reinstallation of all software and OS!)....

Also discovered that I had a bad memory stick in the laptop that was causing all of the problems!
