Anyone in New York City area got the package containing Trainz yet? I haven't received my package yet and I'm worried that it may be lost or stolen. Jeffrey.

Which delivery company did Auran use to send the package to you? What kind of package did you get? Jeffrey.

LAST EDITED ON Dec-15-01 AT 01:23PM (EST)[p]It came by mail, direct from Australia. I had a long wait on something else that I ordered from them (MSTS Addon) but it did eventually show up. I strongly suggest that you email Auran. They were very helpful and were ready to send me another copy (free of charge).

I already E-mailed Auran and they told me to wait two weeks. Jeffrey.

I hope everything turns out okay. I hope you do not have to wait two more weeks. You are going to love this software.

I called customer service at American Express (I paid for the program with AMEX card) and asked them to contact Auran about my package. Jeffrey.

I finally got the package today but the manual didn't help me learn how to use Trainz program. Any tips and tricks on using the program? Are there any electric passenger trains? Jeffrey.

Only if you make one. They're concentrating on deisel's first, then steam followed by electric, or is it electric then steam? I forget.

I saw a few electric locomotives in "My Collection". I would create my own trains and objects but I don't have 3D Studio MAX. Jeffrey.

Yes it is the usual 3DStudioMax roadblock to the average hobbyist, but AURAN is releasing the file format in February 2002.
