OK guys..How do you install Trainz Routes that you d/l?

Hey men and I'm sure some girls,

Recieved Trainz the other day and everything works fine. Neat program. Question though...How does one install a route that you download, ie. (Greg's "One Hour Route)?

unzip it into its own folder in the custom/maps/ folder

Being computer illiterate... how do I get to the Custom/Maps Folder... do I access this from the hard drive directly???
