I've finally updated my website. It has a whole new look and there's lots of info and updated screenshots of the upcoming Bloor-Danforth line.

It'll appear when it's done, don't worry. :-)

Good things come to those who wait. Believe me, I know! :D

That all depends on how much time I will have to make the route. Right now I don't have too many other obligations so I can keep working at it.

Thanks Julie, I'm glad you like my work so far :-)

I might make things interesting and have a contest to chose the beta-testers. I want people who are familiar with this route so maybe I'll post a screenshot and the first couple people who can tell me the location on the route it represents will get to beta-test it.

(btw, this is my first post here :D )
I've been looking over the BVE forums over here and a CroTrainz for a while, but I haven't been able to get an account that isn't hotmail. So I've been scrummaging all over my house for my username and password for ages, and today I finally found it :D .

Nice work so far in the Bloor-Danforth line, it looks very realistic, can't wait for it to come out! As for the contest to choose the beta-testers, I think that's a great idea, although if you do, you should give a heads up a few days ahead so that everyone gets a fair chance to try and guess at the mystery screenshot, just a suggestion. Keep up the good work!

Hey Jon, I just had an idea for a cool scenery object in your route. Maybe on the outside part between Kipling and Islington you could include a CP freight on the tracks adjacent to the subway line (or a GO Train if the time is right).

I always thought it was cool to be quietly cruising along in the subway only to have an CP freight appear out of nowhere, loudly blasting past the subway in the opposite direction.

Cheers

I'm one step ahead of you, that's exactly what I was gonna do :-) Do you know if there are any CP loco/freight car objects anywhere? If not, I can make them myself.

I'm not sure if any exist that could be used in BVE (if you can figure out how to convert a MSTS object into a BVE object THAT would be something :-) ).

The one place you may want to check for North American diesel engines would be the desert freight route or rocky mountain express route. I can't remember if they have any or not, but that's my guess as to where they'd be if they exist.

Cheers
