The conductor climbed onto the top deck.
"We're heading towards City Interchange via Town Hall Road. Any more fares please? Ok, hold tight please!" he said, pushing the bell cord twice. The tram rolled off on it's 2 mile journey on route 89A.
OK, the game's up. NETram is now released! It's me again, Tom Beevers of Picc Line / NETram fame, formerly Cockfosters on this forum. My account was deleted, I noticed a post on the general forum that offensive usernames would be removed : possibly as this is an american forum they didn't know that Cockfosters / Thingyfosters/ Lulfosters is a tube station, nothing offensive!
Anyway, link in the sig, ding ding!

I'm downloading Picadilly now and as soon as that's done I'm
going to try the Netram. Be careful not to tease the forum
censor, he used to be the Iraqi Minister of Information! :)
3 hours, huh?
"The mate was a mighty railroad' man, the skipper brave and sure.
Five passengers set off that day, for a three hour tour, a three hour tour………"

Just finished the run now, and must say you have done a good job with the city.
Love the High St road works, traffic being guided bye the cones.
I used the bell once to, people standing in my way(near West St), but they moved when they saw the tram coming their way, NICE WORK!

Uh oh! Picadilly was too big for my wee little hard drive. I'm
trying the Netram as soon as it downloads. Too bad, I liked was

Tom,
This is so cool! I like it when those kids jump out of the way too :)
The route also works nicely with Martin's TR1 tram.. one niggle - after the road works there are cat. poles in the middle of the road, but a small adjustment will take care of that :P
All in all your best work to date, IMHO.

Hi,
Thanks for those comments :). Being shorter it means more detail as well as more time for each bit.
If it's my best work to date, you've not seen 60's Branchline yet :9.

Thanks again for all your routes. PS Here in the US, Cock is slang term, Why not use your old Crotrainz (Dare I say that here?) Handle. And Thanks again for your e-mail reply.

Nice route Tom.
Always good to have something a little bit different.
Especially like the Kingsway Tunnel throwback at Town Hall Square! :-)

Jason, you go right ahead and post! Tom, I did try the Netram
last night and it was excellent. I too liked the way the crowd
got out of the tram's way. The details were excellent. Like
Wulf, I did notice the caternary poles in the track, but I figured
that's what the crew was there to fix! :)

Jason, I did use TomBeevers2000 but forgot the password for it and had an old email address for it.
Now there's an idea Chris, engineers predicted the OHLE would not stand up to the stresses whilst the work was going on and an extra pole was inserted...

Now this one is my style, what can I say but Fantastic, deserves to be part of a bigger project, Even some good objects that could be used in a project like tramlink Croydon.
If you have not downloaded it yet, put this one on your must dowload list, you won't be sorry.
