Ok all,

Please listen up, I will only say this once. The major concern around here at the moment seems to be centred around this supposedly-forthcoming 'professionally-built' route. Well let me tell you now, this thing is being investigated for object theft and miscreditation by several route authors who have recognised parts of theirs or others' work in the screenshots. Discussion, promotion or download/use of the files will be deemed complicity in the offence.

It is high time that all of you realised that this forum is not cotton-candy-everything's-dandy land, this is part of the internet and as such the security model sucks. Tolerance of slackness, misposting, excessive BS and general time and space-wasting activities will lose this board any credibility as a place where real Bve development and news can be discussed. We need a public area where true co-operation and sharing can occur, as in the many sites that are part of the development of the Linux operating system, or the many IRC channels devoted to a certain flavour of programming language. What is occurring here of late has the distinct flavour of a schoolroom gone mad with no supervision, and no discipline either.

It is therefore with regret that I am hereby withdrawing entirely from this forum until these matters are resolved.
No new SLW trains or announcements will be made public unless or until there is a proper level of security inherent in releasing work to the wider world. The fact that I have had to post this message at all is, in my opinion, the saddest thing of all.... I hoped after the Crotrainz debacle that people had learned their lesson, but it seems not. The only reason history repeats is because people make the same mistakes.

I wish all the real developers out there the very best of success, I will of course try all the latest goodies and maintain my connections with those of you who know me already.

Lastly, I would like to thank Nels for providing this forum and hope that this is not taken as any kind of personal attack.... just that you cannot run any kind of public discussion without some effective moderation, ask any IRC ChanOp if you need more info :)

I am saddened by the tone of my first post. Why cant people learn, Nels doesnt have unlimited patience and if this kind of crap continues this forum will close. Wulf please reconcider if we keep losing creaters like this the BVE community will crumble further than it is now.

Might I ask a few questions?

1) Has the route been released yet? No, didnt think it had.
2) If the route hasnt yet been released then how can you accuse someone of miscrediting someone?
3) How do you know he isnt in the process of asking the apprpriate route authors as we speak?

Im getting a little suspicious of some peoples antics in here and it isnt Anas.

This treatment against me is just getting out of hand. I totally agree with BVE in Yorks and other people in this forum. I and the other members cannot stand this bad behaviour any more. I've had enough. If these nasty comments and allegations continue against me, I will resign and start up my own BVE forum. Thank you

Well you know, we are not going to tolerate bullies in this forum. I can't stand watching this horrible behaviour any more. I think I may have to come to the conclusion that I'm going to move and possibly start up my own BVE forum, because the other forums don't even give me a hint of respect so what else can I do? But on the other hand, I just don't want to do that, because without the bullies, I like it here.

The reason why people don't respect you is because you are a troll.
I remember, once you posted on the LU & Rail Forums, linking to a website. And you asked all the LU & Rail Forums to vote you the best person in school or something on that website.

You have to realise that we aren't bullies. We are just simply worried that you might release routes without seeking permission from the owners of the objects that you might use. The reason why Wulf posted this subject is because he doesnt want his work replicated or ripped off without permission. Is this so hard to understand? Wulf has created many superb trains, objects etc for BVE, and think its a huge loss that he has decided to leave. People that cannot accept that bve ISNT a free world are making people leave our excellent community. Soon more and more developers will leave BVE just like Wulf and Steve did (and I appreciate that Wulf says that he will return as soon as this nonsence has been sorted out). Personally I am disgusted that we have this new excellent forum and people are already abusing it. You do want to keep it dont you? I'll leave you with that thought.

May i just say, you are not to slag me off i haven't done anything to you also you will recret doing it to me!, you don't have to make routes for bve to post in thesem forums and enjoy bve!!!! got it!, there isn't a rule about this, you have to make routes for bve to 1. post in this forum and 2. enjoy this bve, it's freeware you see, and we don't have to do as you say!!!

So i haven't made a route yet, well finished it, i have started one just i haven't found the time, REAL LIFE is more inportant then keeping to my word in these forums, just for the likes of people like you stooopid person!!

This is a good post as nobody does know the route! Nobody knows who is credited and asked for pomission of the objects in thsi route! may be if you was all nice to one another the more grown up authors of route building will come here! But intill then i suggest, no i know so that we will before this ends up as a crotrainz forum, a distant memory, if we don't grow -up i will be leaveing this forum and finding somewhere else. A froum with people who have a think about what they say before they hurt peoples feelings!!!!!

As i know i hate to hurt people's feelings but if we need to do this just to get people to be grown up in this forum so be it!
May i say that it is not anastrinsimforum2002 is not the person that gets forums shut down! It is the people who abuse him/her. I think childrren akced more grown up then us lot in here.!!!!!
