Tools and Editors

Hi

I heard roumours of modelling tools that allow users to edit/create new and existing rolling stock for RT3. (Some of the paint scemes are made up for the locos and I'd really like to change that yellow big boy!)

Any news?

There's been some talk about it, but-to the best of my knowledge, nothing has been released yet.
