Where are the heavyweights?

i've been playing this game for awhile now and it just hit me that they're no heavyweight passenger cars in this game(what a rip). so i played sandpatch for hours hoping to be wrong, just to see the cars upgrade from long open-platform cars to streamline passenger cars. dunno if anyone really cares or not but i just thought i'd voice my thoughts on it, cuz for me it kinda ruined it for me.
