Alright, might as well tell you why I even ventured past Nebraska anyways. I was recomended for a Congresional Youth Confrence, where it was basically mock senate. I got to tour Washinton DC, plus I got to spend some time with my cousin, whom I never see. My cousin also took me around the area showing me stuff that I didnt see on my trip to railcamp 2002.

This was taken at Union Station, Washington DC, where we ate lunch one day, bloody amtrak police would'nt let me on the platform, even with my ATSF 3751 shirt on, proving myself as a railfan.

This shot was from our night tour of Washinton Memorials from the Jefferson Memorial, I dont think I need to tell you what monument is in the photo.

After the mock senate was through, my cousin took me to Philidelphia to see the USS New Jersey, because the IOWA class ships rule, as does the American Millitary, well make that America in General, WE RULE!!!
I also got to have my first Philli Cheesesteak at Jims Steaks on South Street.

Thursday, we went to the Western Maryland Railroad where we rode up the hill with a GP30 painted in Wild Mary colors. On the way down, we had another GP30, though painted in Baltimore Ravens colors.

After talking with the conducter, I was able to ride back to Cumberland in the 502's Cab, I never thought I'd ever be standing the the doorway of a GP30 in full dynamics going through Helmsetters Curve as this photo Illustrates.

Artisiic License again, this time some "stack talk" as seen from the "Hello Dolly" observation car.
I hope you've all enjoyed my short essay of the east coast. AND I'LL NEVER MOVE THERE UNLESS YOU TURN OFF THAT SWAMP COOLER AND GET RID OF THE HUMIDITY. NEED MORE ARIZONA WEATHER.
