An awful lot of parady will vanish if copyright law can selectively apply to this.

Read Roger Hernandez column on this subject if your local paper carrys him. He wrote quite an interesting article about the parady and web site.

I don't think this can be saved. It is just streamed out from the site. They have had over five millons hits to view this. Sometimes, the server can't handle all the request and crashes.

If you haven't seen it, it is a riot, equal bashing of each canidate.

I think the folks who own the copyright (Arlo Guthrie and progeny) will have a tough time getting it pulled. My understanding is that satire and parody have long been considered as valid uses of copyrighted material. But then, I'm no lawyer, so take that with a grain of salt :-)
